1. Hourly Rates

  • Standard Rate: $150/hour (for existing customers only).
  • New Customers: May be required to purchase a prepaid block of hours prior to scheduling. Prepaid time must meet or exceed the estimated project time. This time will be banked and is refundable per the Satisfaction Guarantee below. Note: Estimated time is not a cap. All time worked is billable according to our “Billable Hours” terms.

2. Billable Hours

  • All time is billed in 15-minute increments.
  • Standard support hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET).
  • After-hours work (evenings, weekends, holidays) is billed at 1.5x the standard rate.

3. Banked Time

  • Prepaid hours are banked for use during normal business hours.
  • Banked hours expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, unused hours may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds require constructive feedback to help us improve.

5. Onsite Services

  • Onsite service is available in Eastern NC and nearby areas (NC, SC, VA).
  • Time is billed from departure to return from Washington, NC.
  • Hours will be deducted from banked time or billed at the standard rate.

7. Emergency Support

  • Logicom USA is not a 24/7 emergency provider.
  • Urgent issues will be addressed as availability permits, but immediate response is not guaranteed.

8. Payments

  • Invoices are sent electronically.
  • A credit card on file is required for automatic billing after services are rendered.
  • For alternative payment terms (e.g., NET 30, ACH, or check), please contact us.

9. Outstanding Balances

  • Balances past 30 days may be automatically charged to the card on file.
  • Services will be suspended until the account is brought current.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

  • All services are billed based on time spent, regardless of outcome.
  • No guarantees or warranties are made regarding the results of billable work.
  • If a limit is desired on billable hours, this must be clearly communicated in writing before work begins.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice within 60 days of purchase.
  • Hours worked remain billable.
  • Unused hours:
    • Fully refundable within 60 days.
    • After 60 days, subject to a 25% administrative fee on unused hours.

12. Vendor Policies

  • Logicom USA may coordinate with third-party vendors to provide services.
  • Both parties are subject to the vendors’ terms of service.
  • Logicom USA is not obligated to provide services that conflict with third-party vendor policies.

13. Returns & Restocking

  • Physical products or equipment purchased through Logicom USA may be returned only with prior approval.
  • Approved returns may incur a restocking fee (typically 15–25%) as determined by the vendor or distributor.
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • All return shipping costs
    • Any administrative or handling time required by Logicom USA to process the return (billed at the standard hourly rate)
  • Refunds on returned items are issued after the product has been received and inspected by the distributor or manufacturer.
